FEDERAL VACCINE COURT RULES: GARDASIL KILLED CHRISTINA TARSELL
- Christina Tarsell was given the Gardasil vaccine when she was 21 years old
- Days after the vaccine, Christina died
- Her cause of death was determined “unknown2, but expert immunologists determined that her death was from a heart arrhythmia induced by an autoimmune reaction to the HPV vaccine
- Eight years later, the federal vaccine court finally ADMITTED her death was due to the HPV vaccine
THE SHOT THAT KILLED . . .
Christina Tarsell celebrated her 21st birthday in November 2007. She did not live to see her 22nd. In June 2008, Christina received a dose of the HPV vaccine Gardasil and died in her sleep just days later.
The autopsy report said that the cause of death was “undetermined” because Christina appeared healthy and had no apparent health issues that would cause her death. World-class experts — immunologist Dr. Yehuda Shoenfeld and cardiologist Dr. Michael Eldar — determined that she died from heart arrhythmia caused by an autoimmune response to the HPV vaccine Gardasil, which she had received only days before her death.
Incredibly, by law, vaccine manufacturers like Merck cannot be held liable for injuries and deaths caused by their vaccines. See more on the 1986 law below.
After an extensive investigation and an EIGHT-YEAR court case, Christina’s family finally saw justice: the U.S. Federal Vaccine Court ruled that Christina died from an adverse reaction to the HPV vaccine Gardasil.

WHY CAN’T WE SUE VACCINE MAKERS FOR SIDE EFFECTS AND DEATHS? Because pharmaceutical companies are federally protected from lawsuits after a 1986 law…
“National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (Vaccine Act or Act), pre-empts all design defect claims for injuries stemming from vaccines covered under the Act.”
“Its decision leaves a regulatory vacuum in which no one ensures that vaccine manufacturers adequately take account of scientific and technological advancements when designing or distributing their products.” — U.S court ruling
The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a special “Vaccine Court” set up in 1986 as part of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, will compensate the family of Christina from funds collected from taxes on vaccines sold, and the company who produces Gardasil, Merck, will suffer no consequences as a result.
The final ruling has been confirmed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Merck’s Gardasil vaccine can trigger autoimmune problems that cause sudden debilitation and/or death.
The Tarsells’ case was taken up by the Vaccine Court, which is a payout system that was set up to compensate families for vaccine damage. Vaccine makers pay an excise tax to this system for every vaccine they sell. This money (considered the cost of doing business to pharmaceutical companies) is used to pay out damages to families who can medically prove they were damaged by a vaccine. This system protects vaccine makers from being sued in a true court of law, ensuring that vaccines will continue to be manufactured without real incentive to ensure adequate safety.
The family took their case directly to the DHS. The government fought against the family, but they never gave up hope. The parents knew it was Gardasil that killed their daughter. After EIGHT YEARS of fighting for justice, the Tarsells finally received this judgment from the Vaccine Court’s Special Master, Christian J. Morgan.
